What’s Eligible for a Return or Refund?

  • Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items purchased within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

NOTE: For health, hygiene, and eco‑safety reasons, certain items are excluded:

  • Used personal care, cleaning, or hygiene products

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage

  • Items not returned in original condition and packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@gamaamart.com with your order number and item details.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days to approve your return and issue an RA (Return Authorization) number.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of RA approval, with:

    • Original packaging and any tags or wrapping

    • A copy of the RA form and proof of purchase

 Return shipping is at your expense (unless product was damaged or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable service and saving your proof of shipment.

 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns are refunded within 7 business days.

    • We use the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 7 additional days from your provider.

  • If replacement is preferred or item is out of stock, we’ll reach out to arrange options.

 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product.

 Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not following product instructions.

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used.

  • Custom orders, gift cards, or sale items (unless defective).
